Arrival to your Appointment:

If a new patient, please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, and prepare for the service.  All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service will end at the scheduled time to respect the next clients appointment. 

Please try and refrain from using cellphones in the waiting room and turn cell phone ringers off when entering :)

What should you wear:

Its best to come without a bunch of Jewlery on.   And where something comfy or easy to take off.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation with less than 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.  Patients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the therapists time as well.   Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48  hours in advance to to avoid any fees.

Existing and New Medical Conditions:

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the massage may be continued.

The client must also keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.

For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.

 *Please notify the therapist of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment or during the intake.
